Winner of the International Handel Singing Competition, Bass Will Frost trained at The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and is current member of the opera studio at Oper Graz.

In the current season Frost will perform the Polizeikommissar in a new production of Der Rosenkavalier, Grand Prêtre in Castor et Pollux, Handwerksbursch in a new production of Berg’s Wozzeck, Fjodor in a new production of Moscow, Cheryomushki by Dmitri Shostakovich’s, and Herr Müller, Jäger/Herr Meier, Koch in Schneewittchen und die 77 Zwerge by Elena Kats-Chernin.
In the 2024/25 season he made several roles debuts including Reimar von Zweter in a new production of Tannhäuser, Panthée/Ghost of Hector in a new production of Les Troyens, Quince in a new production of A Midsummer Night’s Dreamand Marchese d’Obigny La traviata (Oper Graz), and Melisso Alcina at the Confidencen Baroque Festival, Stockholm. He has also performed roles with Scottish Opera, Grange Festival Opera, Garsington Opera and Cork International Festival. He has worked with leading conductors and directors including Vassilis Christopoulos, Mikhail Agrest, Matteo Beltrami, Tatjana Gürbaca, Louisa Muller, Evgeny Titov, and Peter Konwitschny.
