A current member of the soloist ensemble at Oldenburgisches Staatstheater, Scottish baritone Arthur Bruce studied at the Royal Northern College of Music, and the Alexander Gibson Opera School at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.

In the coming season, Bruce with return to the title role in Gurlitt’s Wozzeck, Papageno Die Zauberflöte, Figaro Il Barbiere di Siviglia, and make his role debut’s as Pluto in Manfred Trojahn’s Eurydice - die Liebenden, blind, and Melitone La forza del Destino.
