In the current season at the Wienner Staatsoper she will sing Thibault Don Carlos, Cherubino Le nozze di Figaro, Zwiete Dame Die Zauberflöte, Mercédès Carmen and a give a recital in the Mahler-Saal.

Her previous highlights for the Wiener Staatsoper include Hansel Hansel und Gretel, Muse/Nicklausse Les Contes d’Hoffmann, Meg Page Falstaff, Wellgunde Das Rheingold and Götterdämmerung, Waltraute and Siegrune Die Walküre, Page Salome, Dorabella Cosi fan tuttte, Krista Vec Makropulos, Zweite Dame Die Zauberflöte, Javotte Manon, Mercédès Carmen, Flora La traviata, Rosina Il barbiere di Siviglia für Kinder, Zerlina Don Giovanni, Tisbe La Cenerentola, Kate Pinkerton Madama Butterfly, Die Schleppträgerin Elektra, and Amore Il ritorno d’Ulisse in Patria with leading conductors such as Philippe Jordan, Franz Welser-Möst, Bertraud de Billy, Daniela Candillari, Marco Armilliato, Domingo Hindoyn, Emmanuel Villaume, Daniel Barenboim, William Christie, Alexander Soddy, Stefano Montanari, Pablo Heras-Casado, Sebastian Weigle, Pier Giorgio Morandi, and Louis Langrée.

Alma obtained her Bachelor of Music and Vocal Performance from St. Olaf College, Minnesota, and is an alumna of the Wiener Staatsoper Opernstudio, the Julliard School of Music, Salzburger Festspiele Young Singers Programme and the Music Academy of the West.
